- A routine monthly generator maintenance will be carried our by our well trained technician
- In the event of generator malfunction, speedy service will be provide with no extra charge
- In the event that TBO needs to bring customers’ generator back to service at our factory, we will install a temporary generator at site for customer.
- TBO technicians will test for chlorine dioxide residual on every visits
- Training on water treatment related issues (upon request)
